Application
Apply online using our form. If you’re shortlisted for interview, we’ll contact you within 2 weeks.

Interview
We will arrange an interview time and date with you. This will probably be with two of our managers. Depending on the role you are being interviewed for, this may involve more than one interview stage.

Offer
If you’ve wowed us at interview, we’ll make you a verbal job offer. Once you’ve accepted, we’ll follow this up in writing.

Pre-employment checks
Due to the nature of our industry, there are a few pre-employment checks which we will need to complete before you join us including DBS, references, credit and employment checks.

Getting started
Once you pass the checks, we will organise your IT equipment and get everything ready for you to have a brilliant first day!

Induction
In your induction, you will begin to learn more about Agria, your role, our partners and many more exciting things to set you up for success!
