Meet Louise Hooper, Complaints Officer

Hi, my name is Louise and I have worked for Agria Pet Insurance since 2002. At the age of 19, I was employed as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. We were a small business back then, trading under the name of Pet Partners.

I have had some fantastic opportunities over the years, working in different departments, which has helped further my career here at Agria.

Supporting progression

Agria has always been keen to support progression, and although I stepped down from a supervisory role in 2009 (following maternity leave) and now work part-time, I have still managed to progress and develop my skillset.

My current role at Agria is as Complaints Officer. It sounds like a scary role, but it isn’t. Although the role is serious, my work colleagues from all around the business, provide me with the support I need to succeed.

On a personal note, all the people I have worked with over the years, (and there have been many!) make the job for me. I stay with Agria because I have always felt welcomed, supported, and as silly as it sounds, loved! It’s not just a job, as I have a work family too.
